2. Complete Tear Down - Removal of old Boards, Screws, Panels, Doors, even Fence Posts and concrete as needed.
4. Outline and Post Holes - Mapping out the fence line to ensure you don't have property-line conversations with your neighbors, and then we begin digging out the post holes.
3. Material Disposal and Storage - Home Helpers handles ALL of the material disposal for you. If any materials are usable, they can be applied to your project*
5. Concrete Pour & Post Setup - As we mix and pour concrete, careful attention is given to posts for proper vertical and horizontal alignment ensuring a sturdy, straight fence. After pouring, proper time is needed for concrete curing.
6. Rails and Boards - Fence rails connect each post for total stability and attaching fence boards or vinyl. After rails are secured, boards or sheets are then placed on the fence accordingly to your preferred style and design.
8. New Fence Walkthrough - We do a final walkthrough on the project to guarantee your satisfaction on your new fence from Home Helpers!
7. Caps, Colors, Staining - We then apply the finishing touches to your fence; any painting, staining or decorative add-ons like post caps are applied to finish off your new fence.
